Cara Bayliff's original career was in another industry that is filled with disillusionment- education. Cara's focus transitioned from education to working full time for Uncaged Clinician in 2022 when she decided that she wanted to be able to make a deeper impact on the trajectory of an industry that, much like education, needed people who were value centered and willing to fight against the status quo.

Cara's primarily focused on operations, client care, and events with Uncaged Clinician and it is through her work that people feel supported and clear on the resources and support available to them while working with the team.
