As we look around the world of healthcare, healthcare entrepreneurship, and coaching we're struck by how necessary it is that we exist. Why? Because no one else is focusing on the things we believe are essential to giving life and joy back to healthcare professionals.
Think back to why you wanted to become a healthcare professional in the first place. The vast majority of us went into our industry because we believed in the value of people and the beauty in serving and empowering those around us. What met us as we entered the workplace challenged, made many jaded, and caused a lot of therapists to simply leave the industry all together.
The solution that most programs and coaches offer is MAKE MORE MONEY. Although this may make some things more simple (and we're definitely not anti money), this is not a solution that is ultimately life giving and "uncaging" to the heart of why you're in this industry in the first place.
